24-25 Sports Physical and Athletic Clearance

The annual pre-participation sports physical will take place May 30 @ 4pm in Lancer Arena.

Athletic Physicals
$40 per student cash, check, or online at the lancer web store, or online via the gofan link
(please print out receipt as proof)

Bring all pages of the physical including the health history to review with the doctors

Print, fill-out and bring with to Physical Night along with proof of payment, or pay on site.
